TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY:
  • The “Knock Down” Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for new Crystal Homes Ltd (“Crystal Homes”) customers only.
  • This Promotion is available for a limited time only.
  • A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not previously requested a tender (or paid a tender request fee) for their new home to be built on the customer’s land by Crystal Homes.
  • The Promotion is only available to those new customers who enter into a building contract with Crystal Homes and proceed with the building of a new house with Crystal Homes.
  • The price for the demolition of an existing house does not include the cost of any work associated with the removal of any hazardous, asbestos, trees and contaminated items or contaminated materials from the site.
  • The tender acceptance fee must strictly be paid as per the tender document.
  • This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
  • Crystal Homes reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to vary, suspend, extend, or terminate this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
