- Double Storey Home – 9 months
- Duplex – 10 months
If we miss your deadline (conditions apply), we will cover the interest on your construction loan.
What’s Not Included in the Guarantee Timeline?
The Crystal-Clear Guarantee applies under standard conditions. Delays caused by the following are outside our control and not covered:
- Homeowner-related delays: Late payments, delayed selections
- Extreme weather: Prolonged rain, natural disasters (beyond 2–3 weeks)
- Government restrictions: Lockdowns, public safety shutdowns
- Seasonal closures: Holiday periods
- Landscaping: Homeowner responsibility
- For Knockdown Rebuilds (KDR), the timeline begins from the Knockdown Clearance Certificate.
